Dr. Bindu Garg (Senior IVF Specialist, Obs-Gynae) and Dr. Himanshu Garg (Senior Physician) are the founders of NIRS. The Infertility & IVF training institute is completely managed by Dr, Bindu Garg, Dr. Himanshu Garg & Dr. Pankhuri Grag. The Director of NIRS is Dr. Bindu Garg who is also one of the founders Of reputed organizations named Neelkanth Group Of IVF Hospitals and World Infertility & IVF Hospital and Vice Principal at SEART (The School Of Embryology And Assisted Reproductive Technology).

The management team at NIRS has extensive experience in the field of health & medicine. Dr. Bindu Garg has 42+ years of clinical experience as an IVF doctor & Obstetrician-Gynecologist. Dr. Himanshu Garg also has 46+ years of experience as a general physician.
